Last updated: June 2026 This Refund Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds work for Waleef. 1. Free Core Service Most Waleef features are free to use, including browsing listings, creating posts, adoption and mating listings, contests, messaging, and community interactions. 2. Paid Features and Subscriptions If Waleef offers paid features, premium subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment is processed by the platform where you downloaded the app: - Apple App Store for iOS users. - Google Play Store for Android users. Waleef does not directly collect or store your payment card details. Billing, renewals, and receipts are managed by Apple or Google according to their terms. 3. Refund Requests Because payments are handled by Apple or Google, refund requests must generally be submitted through the store where the purchase was made: - Apple users: request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or your App Store purchase history. - Google Play users: request a refund through Google Play's refund process in your purchase history or via Google Play support. We cannot override store billing systems or guarantee approval of a refund request. Store policies and local consumer laws apply. 4. Subscription Cancellation To cancel a recurring subscription: - iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Waleef → Cancel Subscription. - Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Waleef → Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless the store policy states otherwise. 5. Contest Prizes and Promotions Contest prizes, promotional offers, and rewards are governed by the rules shown in each contest or promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value where prohibited, and may require verification of eligibility before delivery. 6. Billing Issues If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were billed after cancelling, or did not receive a paid feature you purchased, contact us at aswaqna.sd@gmail.com with: - Your Waleef account email. - The platform where you purchased (Apple or Google). - The date and approximate amount of the charge. - A brief description of the issue. We will review your message and help where we can, but final refund decisions for in-app purchases remain subject to Apple or Google policies. 7.
