What We Can Help With - Account access and sign-in problems (Google or Apple). - Profile updates, notifications, and app settings. - Reporting abusive content, spam, or suspicious accounts. - Adoption, mating, or contest questions about how the app works. - Billing or subscription questions related to App Store or Google Play purchases. - Privacy requests and account deletion questions. Account Deletion You can permanently delete your account from the Waleef app: Account → Account Info → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, posts, listings, messages, and related data. This action cannot be undone. Account deletion is not available for admin accounts or accounts linked to a store, clinic, or service provider listing. Report a Problem in the App Signed-in users can also report a problem from Account → Report problem inside the app. Safety Tips - Meet other users in safe public places when arranging adoptions or matings. - Never share passwords, banking details, or sensitive personal information in chat. - Verify animal health and ownership independently before any transfer. - Use in-app reporting tools if you see content that violates our Terms & Conditions.
